September 27th: Car Display at Steed’s Dairy (4634 Wrightsboro Road, Grovetown, GA 30813) . 8:00 AM until ??
This is Steed’s Dairy’s opening day for the fall season, so expect a crowd of visitors who will have questions about your classic car. All GaSCar members will be given free entry to the dairy to participate in the corn maze and other fall festivities, so feel free to bring the younger members of your family. Aaron Clements will be broadcasting live from our location on his radio program and will probably want to interview some GASCAR members who are keeping their classic cars on the road.

October 4th: City of Harlem Oliver Hardy Festival/parade.
The best way to Harlem on Saturday October 4, 2025 is head straight down Gordon Highway. All participants meet at 8:30 AM at DG Market 180 E. Milledgeville Road, Harlem, GA 30814. From there we will convoy as a group to Harlem City Park.  James Thomas will meet us there with the parade passes.
While not required, it is strongly encouraged for everyone to toss candy for the parade onlookers.  The route is loaded with visitors so be sure to have plenty of candy if you choose to toss it. However, do not throw candy directly at the crowd of onlookers. When tossing candy, aim at the curb or sidewalk. This is a SAFETY REQUIRMENT as they do not want children running directly into the street.  There are many children in the crowd of onlookers.  For their safety and yours, please be sure to be aware of your surroundings throughout the parade.
NOTE:  NO LIVE STOCK OR DOGS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE PARADE.

October 15th : Brandon Wilde 35th Anniversary Car Display.  The dress code is cocktail attire. Jacket and tie for men, cocktail dress for women. " Clothing of the Era" is acceptable (and preferred). The party will begin around 5pm, so they want the cars to be present about 4:30.

All events will be held outside near the main entrance of the property (East Entrance "Lawn")
4:45pm- Photo Booth opens (residents begin showing up)
5-6pm Cocktail Hour for the residents with Beer, Wine Punch and lite hor d'oeuvres via waitstaff. We will have the Dick Goodwin Band playing on a main stage. The cars are a highlight during this time. We will be stationing the cars around the two entrances of the party area to encourage residents to engage with your group.
6-6:30 Welcome Ceremony- speeches from 3-4 key speakers
6:30-7:30 Heavy hor d'oeuvres via buffet style, band continues, dance floor opens. We will have a table reserved for your members so that they can dine with us. Party will end about 7:30. We will try to station the cars so that your members do not have to stay until the end. 6:30 would be a good "exit time" for those not wanting to dine and dance.
