​​​Saturday, December 3rd:  Grovetown Christmas parade this Saturday. Lineup is at 9:00 AM at the Augusta Tech Campus in Grovetown (3500 John Huffman Way, Grovetown, GA 30813, off of Horizon South Parkway).  The parade starts at 10 AM and travels from Horizon South Parkway, takes a right on Wrightsboro Road and ends at Grovetown Middle School.  We had several cars participate last year and would like more for this year’s parade. Candy is optional but if thrown, it should be from the passenger rather than the driver.  If you are planning on participating, please let me know (mike@lemons.com or 706-825-9254).

Sunday, December 4th:  Jackson, SC Christmas parade. Parade starts at 2 PM.  Line up around 1 PM at Jackson Middle School 18371 Atomic Road, Jackson, SC 29831.  Candy is welcome. ***All entries must be decorated***

Meet at Kay McIver’s (192 McElmurray Farm Road) for delicious snacks after the parade.

December 8th:  Don’t forget our annual Christmas Party at Augusta First Baptist Church on December 8th.  Reservations are due now.  Price for each meal is $40 per person.  Please send your payment to Scott Wilkes, 5444 Meadowlark Lane Grovetown, GA 30813.  Please indicate whether you want beef or chicken. We have to give First Baptist Church a headcount this Thursday so if you haven’t already paid, please contact Scott ASAP (404-694-2123).  We will start eating promptly at 6:30 PM but plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 so you can get your picture taken in your Christmas finery and have time to visit before the formal festivities start.


Dec 10th:  Harlem Twilight Christmas Parade.  
 Parade starts at 6 PM.  The parade will start at the City Park and end at West Forrest subdivision. Bring lots of candy for the kids. The best way to Harlem on Saturday December  10, 2022 is head straight down Gordon highway. 
  Requesting that all participants meet at 5:00 PM at 180 E. Milledgeville Road, Harlem, GA.  This address is in the
Parking lot on the right just as you pass Smith Farm Supply when you enter the city of Harlem. I Will have passes for everyone. From there we will convoy as a group to Harlem City Park.
